Kate is the founder of Scout IP and a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in Australia, and England and Wales. She has over 15 years’ experience in trade mark and branding law and is passionate about working with brand owners to find commercial and pragmatic solutions to branding issues. She has advised clients ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals, across a wide range of industries, on trade mark matters in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and EU.
As well as trade marks, Kate will always be happy to talk cricket, craft beer or all things travel related.
